What to get in touch about

Help running a class

Stuck on setting up, students joining, or reading the report? Tell me what you're seeing, and your class code if you have one. The Resources page has lesson plans and guides too.

Schools and invoicing

Buying Budget Bird for Schools, purchase orders, invoices, adding a teacher whose email isn't on the school's domain, or cancelling. The licence terms are in the Terms of Use.

Privacy requests

Asking what we hold about you, correcting it, or closing your teacher account. I look after privacy at Budget Bird too, and I'll reply within 20 working days. See the Privacy Policy.

Anything else

Ideas, feedback, or a story from your classroom. I read every one.
